If you plan on throwing a company picnic this summer, you may end up enjoying a tax break along the way.
While entertainment expenses have been repealed beginning in 2018, the recent tax law changes don’t affect a special tax law provision for company picnics that says you can deduct 100% of the cost.
To qualify for this deduction, you must invite the entire staff to the picnic.
