Elizabeth Potocki has 17 years of experience assisting clients in the construction, manufacturing, real estate, small business, and food & agribusiness industries. She has specialized knowledge in state and local tax, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her areas of expertise include state income and franchise tax, property tax, sales and use tax, and payroll tax.

Elizabeth supports clients by identifying how business decisions impact their state and local tax filings. As an advisor, she aims to mitigate risks, improve compliance, maintain margins, and provide clients with a thorough analysis of the costs and benefits of their decisions.

Elizabeth currently serves as an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University. She attended Michigan State University and earned both her Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting.
